The development is quiet even though it has it so own pub, across the road from two parks, soon to open mini Asda. 5 min walk to the river. It is well served by public transport. 10 min walk to Deptford Bridge DLR, 15 min bus ride to Canada Water on the Jubilee line or to Greenwich and its markets, parks etc.. Deptford High Street has some quirk bars & restaurants. There is a great Vietnamese, a quick walk away.
