Flatmate wanted in stunning 2B2B flat!

Hi there!

I’m Vi and looking for a flatmate to move to my current modern 2B2B flat in Deptford/Greenwich area from July 2025 (preferably on the 25th of July).

About the flat:
🏠 Modern & stylish 2-bedroom/2-bathroom flat, fully furnished (including a 55’ TV that I bought) & located on 1st floor
📍Location: SE8. Surrounded by solid bus/rail network. 7-min walk to Greenwich, Deptford, and Cutty Sark stations
🛍️ Loads of shops in the area. Short walk to Greenwich Market, Greenwich Park, and the Maritime museum. Stunning views of the Thames nearby (ideal spot for a run). Otherwise, there’s an onsite gym and spa 1 min away from the flat.
💸 £990/month + bills (around £195 per person). Deposit is £1,200

A little about me:
I have a Product Marketing background in the SaaS industry. I’m French Vietnamese (I was born and raised near Paris) and moved to London 5 years ago.

Outside of work, I enjoy:
* Getting lost in the city—visiting the latest pop-ups, exhibitions, and museums in London
* Travelling—I love solo travelling or travelling with friends
* Learning—I’m always trying to improve my skills in new areas, ranging from work stuff to learning how to sew
* Content creation—I’ve finally decided that this year, I would start using the goldmine that’s sitting in my camera roll and start posting!

As a flatmate, I’m tidy/clean and considerate of others’ time. I’m happy to hang out, but I’m also mindful of people’s schedule and privacy—so no pressure either way.

In terms of flatmate, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t smoke/vape and who’s clean and tidy (i. e. who doesn’t wear shoes in the house!). Open to all ethnicities & gender she —would prefer if I get along with them well and align on main values (i. e no predator, racist, homophobe, or Andrew Tate fan).
