THE SPACE: The room available is a medium sized double room with a large window facing onto a quiet residential private park, for tenants. It is an ex-council flat, which is near artist studios and historic railway arches. The flat is a 5-minute walk from Deptford High Street, and Deptford ThamesLink. It is a 7-minute walk from Deptford Bridge Station (DLR), and Greenwich ThamesLink and DLR. You can get into central London in under 30 minutes.

The flat has a large living room, with a TV, and a lovely balcony which looks onto the little park. The kitchen has ample storage. There is a separate toilet and bath/shower room. It is in a lovely quiet area, and Deptford High Street has everything from fruit shops, cafes, restaurants to butchers, and hair shops. There are also some lovely pubs. There is also Deptford Market which is on a few times a week.

We like to keep the space clean so we are only looking for someone that can follow up on that. Whilst we do have the odd person/people round we are not a party house. We don’t mind sharing with a couple.
