Double bedroom to rent in Deptford/New Cross

We have a double room available in our 4 bed house, available from 1st September! We’re based in Deptford and are 10 mins away from Deptford Bridge (DLR) and 8 mins away from New Cross (overground). Super close to Deptford high street and a 20 min walk from Greenwich too!

It’s £900 per month (bills included and a weekly cleaner). The room is furnished (double bed with under bed storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fold out desk and shelves). All the rooms come with a ceiling fan which has defo been needed in this heatwave!

The rest of the house:
-Kitchen with plenty of storage and everything you could possibly need
-Decent sized lounge, tv with Netflix and prime
-2 bathrooms
-Huuuuuuge garden which we’ve planted lots of stuff in 🪴🫛🌱🪻

There’s will be 4 of us in the house (2 guys, 2 girls aged 24-29) so we’re looking for someone ideally around that age range. There is also a very cute cat called Autumn who spends most of her time in the garden 🐈‍⬛ We all work full time, so no students pls (sorry)! The vibe in the house is v chill and relaxed - I’ve been here 3 months and everyone is super lovely and easy to live with/zero drama and we wanna maintain that. And we’re also poc/queer/trans friendly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
