Our housemate is off travelling for a couple months so is looking to sublet!
It’s a 3 bedroom house about 5 mins walk from Deptford station and 12 mins walk to Deptford Bridge DLR station (pretty close to New Cross Station also). More importantly, the best high street in London would be on your doorstep.
The duration of the sublet would be from early October for about 10 weeks. There may be a chance of extending beyond 10 weeks, but we’re just not sure yet……..
We’re a pretty friendly and clean flat (if I do say so myself) and obviously boast a great book collection (again, unbiased opinion)
