Description
Single room in a flat of three. One guy "me" (23 professional), one girl (21 student). We are looking for a relaxed clean flat mate who can move in on the 8th of September (need to move fast on this)
All Bills including council tax usually come in under £100. Last month was about £84.
The flat has a large shared living space and kitchen and plenty of storage. It is highly accessible 5-10 minutes walk to the station and 25-30 minutes into central London.
Working professionals would be preferred as students will require guarantors and international students must pay 6 months rent up front.
Personally I keep to myself but I am happy to do shared meals and the occasional flat outing, it's really important to me that I get on with my flat mates.
I need to move quickly on this so you are welcome to drop me a text directly. I am happy to call but I would prefer to arrange by text first. Viewings online or in person can be arranged just keep in mind I work normal working hours.
