Sun-soaked & Spacious Double En-Suite at New Cross

I’m moving out and so am looking for a replacement for my lovely double en-suite room at New Cross. The apartment is a 4 min walk from New Cross Gate station and so is extremely convenient for all transport links 🚉

THE ROOM:
A large double en-suite with huge windows and lots of sun (amazing in winter!) Comes with a wardrobe, desk and chair, side table and a huge chest of drawers. Attached bathroom with shower.

THE HOUSE:
A modern flat with all amenities, kitchen comes with all necessary appliances- hob, kettle, toaster and also has a dishwasher. The landlord also has loads of lovely plants in the living room and the balcony, which gives a nice touch to the house!

FLATMATES:
1) Mahyar- He is a 36-year old IT consultant, and is the live-in landlord, but travels a lot and is chilled out and extremely clean. Enjoys a glass of wine and chats on politics! Always willing to help and offers great recommendations on the area!

2)Galya- Is a 25-year-old office manager, from Hungary. Extremely chilled out, very neat and tidy and has a very light presence in the house!

The house isn’t a party house, so they would be looking for some clean, tidy, chilled out and someone who wants their own space, whilst having friendly roommates!

AMENITIES:
Iceland- 2 min walk
Sainsbury’s Local- 4 min walk
Big Sainsbury’s- 6 min walk
Lots of bars, cafés and off licenses nearby! My local pub the New Cross House is just opposite and is a great place to hang put!

Rent- 1400pm, includes bills! To be paid directly to the landlord. There’s no agency in the middle so the contract transfer is with the landlord directly, who is quick and makes the process seamless.

MOVE-IN date is 25th October, but am flexible to move it ahead or behind a few weeks.
