Room to Rent – Deptford (£700pcm)

I’ve got a room coming up in Deptford for around £700 per month. It’s part of a guardianship scheme with Global Guardians, which works a little differently from a normal rental.

The process is simple:
• I’ll meet with people first and decide who I think is the right fit for the room
• Once we’re both happy, you’ll just need to go through Global Guardians’ vetting process (standard checks before moving in)

It’s a great option if you’re looking for something affordable in London and like the idea of being part of a guardianship setup. The area has loads going on – good transport links, markets, cafés, pubs, and plenty to explore right on your doorstep.

If you’re after a decent-sized room at a fair price, and you’re happy with the guardianship process, it could be a really good fit.
