Description
Hi, we are looking for three people to move in to our beautiful home starting from the 16th of October!
It's a very friendly household where we (Ethan and Rosa) enjoy doing things together so we are hoping to find people who would want to make this house their home as well. We both work in hospitality and have backgrounds and interests in film and the arts. This is also a lgbtq+ friendly household :)
and there is a neighbourhood cat who loves to hang out at ours! And a gorgeous south facing garden!
We have three rooms available -
Room 1 and Room 2 for £870 - one of them is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. They are the same size and furnished.
Room 3 is £1000 - it's on the first floor and much larger, almost like a studio!
Bills are not included but are around £50 a month!
Its a great location too - a quick walk to Surrey Quays station (10 minutes) from where it is super easy to get around London (and 15 minutes to Canada Water), and a walking distance away from Deptford High Street and New Cross and places like Avalon Café. Lidl is the closest shop and only a few minute walk away.
