Short-Let Double Room in Depftord 🌸

Hi all,

I am renting out the room for one month from 15/10/2025 to 15/11/2025 as I’m going on holiday that period.

This is a double room with a lot of space and storage, including a home office setup. The flat is located in Depftord, 1-min away from the bus stop and 12-min walking to New Cross (Overground).

The flat has a shared kitchen and two bathrooms, shared between 4 other people. Kitchen is fully equipped.

It’s approximately 40-50min to London Central and has a lot of amenities around the area (supermarkets, supply stores, restaurants, etc).

I am looking for a young professional or tourists that would be looking into occupying the space for the time that I am out. I require a 100£ deposit in case of damage which will be returned in full if there are no issues.


I am also flexible regarding the moving day as long as it’s before the 25th October.
