I’m 30 years old and recently moved from NYC to London for work, and I’m looking for a flatmate— preferably someone fun, easy-going, and tidy, who’s excited to move in and make the space feel like home!

The flat is fully furnished and move-in ready. The available room is a double with wardrobe, bedside tables, lamp, lots of natural light, and balcony access (detailed video of room available upon request). Earliest move-in date is Oct 21 and the lease runs until July 2026.

Rent is £995/month (excluding utilities and council tax). Rough monthly cost of utilities (wifi, electricity, water) and council tax per person is £190. The security deposit will be standard, one month’s rent.

- Right above Deptford Market Yard — lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, street food all located downstairs.
- 2 min walk to Deptford Station (5 mins to London Bridge 🚆)
- 8 min walk to New Cross (Overground)
- Super close to Greenwich with access to parks and riverside walks
