Hi 😊 I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my room in a 3 bed flat in Deptford. Available from 29 October - move in date flexible from late October - mid November

Location
Situated between New Cross Road and Lewisham Way, the flat is 10 minutes from Deptford, New Cross and Deptford Bridge stations - super well connected for trains, the overground and the DLR. Buses towards Peckham and central London are also close by and very regular.

Deptford High Street is close by, great for cafes, bars, restaurants, groceries and good vibes.

The flat
On the fourth floor with nice views of the surrounding allotments. Big windows let in lots of light. We have a lovely big living room, for hanging out together, relaxing, also great for hosting occasionally. One bathroom with separate toilet. We also have an adjacent utility / storage room with a washing machine, extra fridge freezer and lots of storage space - this could be a good spot to store a bike if you have one.

The room itself is a good size double and has a lovely view. Comes with a built in wardrobe, bed, and dresser / chest of drawers.

The flat has a great vibe, it's homely and cosy and I've loved living here for the past 3 years and am only leaving to move in with my partner.

Flatmates
You'll be living with Cynthia and Joe - both are kind, considerate and clean flatmates. Cynthia works in mental health services and can often be found cooking delicious food, reading or working on a craft project. Joe loves cinema and learning Japanese and works as a video editor. As a flat I'd say we have a good balance of having our own things going on but also enjoy spending a quiet evening in together. Hoping to find someone with a similar dynamic.

Bills - approx £130 pp /per month

Reference fee - £50

We rent through a letting agent, so they'll do a reference check.
