Description
Hey, I’m going to Australia for Christmas so I’m subletting my room from the 27th of November until the 29th of December. You will be living with three housemates, Amber (26) who is completing a PDH at Kings, Jake (30) who is a writer and works as a TA, Scott (32) musician and works at a brewery. The house is very clean, tidy and we all appreciate our alone time as well as making the space welcoming and friendly for anyone who enters. You will have access to a private garden and you are a short walk away from Deptford DLR, Deptford station and New Cross station. It’s a lovely house and a good sized room to have for a month! Bills are around £100 on top of the rent.
