Spacious double bedroom for sublease (Greenwich)

I'm currently looking for someone to sublet my room in Greenwich/Deptford for 6 months.

Rent: £970 without bills.

Available to move in ASAP in November, from
1st November until April 30th (6 months)

Room:
-Fully furnished room: Wardrobe, cabinet, double bed.
-Shared bathroom with one other person
- I’m currently packing and moving all of my things, so you’ll have a clean and empty room without all of the boxes and stuff on the cabinet.

About the flat and area:
-Modern building, with all the amenities nearby.
-Lovely area in Greenwich/Deptford
-Less than a 10 minute walk to Cutty Sark and to Deptford High Street
-Stations nearby: Deptford train station, Cutty sark DLR, Greenwich DLR
-Bus stop is right outside the flat which takes you all the way to central and Canada Water Station (Last stop: Tottenham Court Road)
-Nearest shops are: Tesco Express, small Sainsburys and Waitrose
-Gym is also nearby

Who you'll be living with:
You'll be living with one other flatmate (26yrs old). She's very tidy and we'd like to keep the flat this way and organised. No parties and please let her know if you'll be having friends/guests over beforehand. We're looking for someone who's clean, loves a cosy night in and would be down to go pubs, gigs, movies etc.
She currently works from home Monday and Friday also!
