Room available in our lovely new build flat

A room has come up in our lovely cosy flat.

The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It's also connected to our large balcony.

You would be sharing a bathroom with one other (Andrea) It's has a shower and a bath.
There is an open plan living room and kitchen shared between the 3 of us. A Large balcony wraps the flat with one of the doors leading out to it from your room. We have a washer, dryer and a dishwasher. There is also locked bicycle storage downstairs.

You would be living with Andrea who works in film, and Harriet who works in events. We both like our own space, and do spend a lot of time at work, but equally really enjoy a natter in the kitchen and a Netflix / pizza binge together on the sofa. We are both very open minded and left leaning.

We're looking for a professional woman who is clean, friendly, and relaxed to join our peaceful home. And ideally has lived in a shared house before and knows the importance of keeping shared areas clean. As this isn't a party flat, we'd prefer someone who enjoys a quiet and calm environment. If you love to go out every weekend or host frequent gatherings, this might not be the right place for you. But if you like cosy, chilled and tidy vibes with a side of cuddly cats then please give us a message.

Bills come to around £100 per month for council tax, water, electric and gas and internet. Deposit goes into the deposit scheme through the letting agency. All rent is also through the letting agency and you would be going onto the letting agreement so all above board, and the letting agency will need references and a credit check. Currently in a yearly rolling contract set to resign in May 2026, but due to new laws will be switching onto a monthly rolling contract so you won’t be tied into anything if you don’t want to be (yay renters rights)

Rent is paid on the 23rd of every month, which would also be the move in date that the room is available. With it being Christmas time I’m sure we can talk about an earlier / later move in date, just let us know.

We are a 2 minute walk from the Deptford bridge DLR, 10 minutes from Greenwich station and New Cross station. With Deptford high street a 5 minute walk away - it has a few large shops and some lovely restaurants and coffee shops. We are close to a big Aldi and Asda. Directly below the flat is a coffee shop and co op with a Tesco over the road. There are so many transport links here and you can get into London Bridge in ten minutes.
