Bright ensuite room in a modern SE8 flat, direct train from Deptford station which is right below the building, takes less 10 mins to get to London Bridge.

Sadly, my flatmate is leaving due to going back to her country for family matters. Looking for a clean, respectful professional to share a relaxed, friendly home.

The room will be unfurnished but can ask my flatmate to sell some bits to keep in the room.

Referencing (Important)

Keep things tidy, be considerate in the evenings. I enjoy a chilled, social home: occasional dinners, game nights, or small gatherings. Don’t mind the occasional party tho! Friendly vibes with plenty of personal space. I’m also easygoing about guests and partners coming over.

The flat is wholesome and welcoming, a place where we can both enjoy our private lives and also do things together, dinner, gigs, etc.
