I have a double bedroom in a newly refurbished house , available for short term rent from 12th December until end of February 2026.
Walking distance to Surrey Quays tube station, deptford high street, Greenwich market, and only 140 yards to bus stop to central London.

Share open plan kitchen / lounge , bathroom with shower over bath, ground floor toilet, garden for bbq, high specs kitchen with filter water throughout the house.

Rent includes utility bills, water, internet, council tax. (gas and electric is cap to £150 per month)

I travel away for work and is only at home 2/ 3 days a week. (Sunday/ Monday usually) therefore the house is very relax and peaceful.

We are both easy going, looking for a clean and tidy house mate who are like minded and would make the place feel like home
