Double En-suite room New Cross/Deptford

Double ensuite available in our 4 bed, 5 bath house.
£1000 for the room, + £115 bills (£50/pp council tax included, unless you're a student).

We have a garden, lovely kitchen and living room.

The house is quiet and peaceful, we all study/work, and our home is our restful space - we are a seeking a housemate that shares these values.

The room is bright and cosy, with modern ensuite bathroom and built-in wardrobe. Perfect for a single person, not suitable for couples.

We are aged 25-28, and don't spend a lot of time together, but enjoy a chat now and then. We are all generally quite busy, so someone with a similar outlook would be good.

We keep the house clean - meaning no dishes left in the sink, and we take it in turns to sweep/take out bins etc. While we don't have a rota for this, we'd really like whoever moves in to fit with this system :)
