I’m looking for someone to take over my room while I’m working overseas from 26 January until July.

The house is a beautiful, well-located 4-bed Victorian home with lots of character, facing Deptford Park and set on a quiet, friendly neighbourhood street. You’d be sharing with three friendly professionals who already live together and get on well.

The house has:
• A large, fully equipped kitchen
• Separate living room and dining room
• Private garden
• 1 bathroom (shower) and 1 separate toilet

The room comes furnished and is ideal for someone looking for a short-term, settled home.

The area has plenty of local shops, cafés and excellent transport links, making it easy to get around London.

I work as a diplomat and will be returning in July, so this would suit someone looking for a 6-month let (dates slightly flexible).

We are looking for a clean, friendly female professional who’s happy sharing with others and treating the place like home.
