Just a 5-minute walk from New Cross Station and Deptford High Street, you’ll be living with my brother Dan (the landlord) and our two wonderful cats, Haiku and Lola.

My job is taking me away from London, so we’re looking for a friendly lodger to move in with Dan. The property is a warm(underfloor heated), spacious, modern new-build duplex over two floors. Downstairs is a massive kitchen living room with breakfast bar and six seater dining space, a downstairs toilet, washer dryer and storage cupboards. Upstairs is the bedrooms and a private bathroom.

The room is a large double. It currently has two dressers and lots of storage for clothes, I'm happy to put in a desk if preferred. There is direct access to the balcony and sole use of the upstairs bathroom, including a bath.

Rent includes all bills, a parking permit can be purchased separately from Lewisham Council (approximately £120 per year, emissions-based).
