Double Room in 70s Deptford House

We’re looking for a new tenant to join us in our lovely house on historic Albury Street, just off Deptford High Street.

The available room is on the smaller side but cosy. The room comes with a double bed and there’s a large built-in cupboard/wardrobe. The house also has plenty of additional storage.

Right next door to your room is our spacious sitting room, which works well for home-working. We also have a lovely private garden that opens onto a larger communal garden shared with neighbouring houses.

You will be named on the new contract so a deposit will be needed, the amount is likely to be a month's rent. The contract will be one year with the possibility of renewal.

You will be living with two women, in our late twenties/early thirties. One of us is currently on a career break and starting Speech & Language Therapy studies in September, the other is doing a PhD in English. We like catch up over dinner and to occasionally get a drink or watch a film together but otherwise are both often busy doing our own thing.

The landlord has said she's open to tenants with cats.

15 mins to Deptford Bridge DLR
15 mins to New Cross Overground / National Rail

Plus all the cafés, pubs, and shops of Deptford on your doorstep.

Council and bills usually come to an extra £140/150pm.
