3 Month Sublet in Deptford House Share

My room will be available for sub let from the 7th of Feb until mid May. Although I appreciate this is soon so the move in date is negotiable - ideally before the 11th Feb!

The adminny bits:
Rent is £875 per month, plus bills which come at around £150 for everything all in (water, gas, elec, tv license, council tax, broadband) totalling about £1030. We are Council tax band D.

The house:
The house is a large, 4 bed end of terrace Victorian house located right next to Deptford Park. It has a big kitchen, dining area, and separate cozy lounge. We also have a tropical garden with banana and palm trees, which is lovely in the summer! There are two bathrooms in the house, both with showers, 1 upstairs 1 downstairs.
It is about a 12 minute walk to Surrey Quays overground which is super convenient as this is just one stop from the Jubilee line. We're a 5 minute walk to Lidl so we save a fortune on grocery shopping! We also have Deptford high street down the road, and the wonderful Dog and Bell pub.

The room:
The room is at the back of the house, it's super quiet and looks out onto an allotment so it feels very green for this part of London. It comes with a king size ottoman bed which is super handy for storage, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail. We also have a cellar for any other storage needs.

The house mates:
You will be living with three lovely ladies from 25-27 years old. Kate works in marketing, Phoebe works in design and Connie is a fashion student. They're all super friendly and love a chit chat, we do occasional house dinners and pub trips when we can.
