I’m 25, work as a sales project manager in architectural lighting (WFH ~40%, office in London Bridge). I’m often out at tag rugby, pub quizzes, or with clients. I love baking and being social, and would like to be friends with the people I live with 🙂
About you:
Ideally similar age, sociable, up for the odd pub trip, dinner night, or park tennis. Must be employed full-time and earning £35k+ for referencing.
The flat:
5 mins from Greenwich, Deptford Bridge DLR & Deptford stations.
Penthouse (6th floor) with friendly neighbours.
Near Greenwich Park, shops (ASDA, Aldi, Waitrose, M&S).
Bills approx £130–£140 pcm each.
Rooms:
• Room 1 – £865 + bills: small double, desk space in living room + storage cupboard.
• Room 2 – £905 + bills: larger room, space for desk/wardrobe.
Shared modern bathroom with bath.
Living room furnished; bedroom furniture may be available to buy (TBC).
Move-in:
Around 20 May (Room 1 may be available late March).
Referencing must be completed by 20 March.
