Hey Gals there are going to be 2 rooms available in our stunning flat as my lovely housemates are moving in with their boyfriends/ families 🥲

About Me 💃🏼🧚‍♀️

I’m 25 years old, I’m a sales project manager in the architectural lighting industry. I wfh about 40% of the time, with my office based in London Bridge and going out and about for meetings regularly. I’m often out in the evenings playing Tag Rugby at a pub quiz or with Clients.

I’m very creative and love baking (lots of taste testing needed). I’ve got my own social network but would love to be friends with the gals I live with.

About you 💜

I’d love two more gals a similar age to me, who like a post work pub trip, potential for tennis in the park and hosting dinner parties and games nights.

You’ll need to be employed full time and earn over £35k to pass the referencing 🙂

The Flat 🏢🏡

The flat is a 5min walk from Greenwich station, Deptford Bridge DLR and Deptford Station.

We are on the 6th floor (penthouse) of a lovely building with super friendly neighbours.

15mins walk from Greenwich park and old town, we have an ASDA, Aldi, Waitrose and mini M&S just a stones throw away.

Bills work out to about £130-£140 each a month heating dependant.

The Rooms: 🛌🌸

Room 1 pictured £865 pcm + bills

Small Double room, includes desk 🖥️space in the main living room and one of the large cupboards in the hallway for your storage 👗 (the other large cupboard is shared by us all for suitcases etc)

Room 2 pictures to come £905 pcm + bills

The larger of the 2 rooms, plenty of space for wardrobe and desk.

Both rooms share the main bathroom, which has a 🛁 and is super modern and clean.

Furniture:

The flat is unfurnished, but the living room is all set with Sofa, TV, table and chairs etc.

The gals might be happy to sell some of their furniture but tbc / up for a chat 😁

Move in Dates 📆

Approximate move in Date of May 20th.

There is a potential to move into Room 1 earlier around the end of March if this is something you’d be interested in. Will need to be discussed ☺️

Referencing all needs to be passed and signed by March 20th hence looking now.
