The flat includes:
• Spacious open-plan living / kitchen area
• Large bedroom with built-in storage
• Modern bathroom
• Private balcony
• Secure building with on-site team
• Standard UNCLE furniture package in the main living space
Bedroom / furniture setup:
I separately arranged a super-king ottoman bed with storage underneath and bedside tables, so there’s flexibility for the incoming tenant:
• these can remain by agreement, or the bedroom can be returned to the standard UNCLE double-bed setup.
I also have a desk which I’d be happy to sell separately if helpful.
Rent:

• £15 per month heating tank charge
