I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Deptford. I’ve already moved out so it’s free from some furniture and cleaned.
Move-in date: ASAP, but referencing process will take some time. Sublet during this time is available.
My flatmate is a very nice person and easy to live with, so we are looking for someone quiet, tidy and respectful of personal space :)
‼️ Please note that you need to earn 33k after tax to pass the referencing process.
‼️ Female tenant preferred.
