Double room in a 2bed in heart of Deptford

Top-floor double room up for grabs in a lovely flat right in the heart of Deptford. The room is unfurnished, but if you need it, my flatmate can throw in a bed frame, mattress, white desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a few other bits for £150 - happy to provide more details.

The flat itself is great - shared living room/kitchen, a juliet balcony, and a decent-sized bathroom with a shower. We're on the top floor which honestly makes a big difference noise-wise (and no noisy top floor neighbours - we are the top floor neighbours!).

Location-wise, pretty wonderful: New Cross station and Deptford Bridge DLR are both a 6-minute walk, Deptford Train Station is about 12 minutes on foot, and there's a bus stop literally outside the front door. Bars, restaurants and shops are right downstairs, and Greenwich is a 20-minute stroll away.

About me: I'm 26, a graphic designer working in marketing. I WFH three days a week and travel often on weekends (at least one weekend a month).
I'm into gaming, horror, drawing, cooking (fair warning: I cook with meat), and slowly trying to become a gym person. I love going to gigs and the pub, as well as reading books and journalling in the park on a sunny day.

Who I'm looking for: Ideally a woman or non-binary person, professional, and someone who keeps shared spaces clean. I'd love someone who's up for the odd dinner or pre-drinks at home, as long as everyone's respectful of the space and each other. Ideally 22+.

Since we're re-doing the contract from scratch, you'll need to go through referencing and pay deposit to release the current flatmate from the contract - minimum income of £28k to qualify.

Bills come out to about £185pp including council tax, gas, electricity, water and wifi.

Move-in is 15th June, though there's a chance it could be a little earlier (still waiting on details for that one).
