Double room available in friendly house share

We have a double room available in our 5 bed house! We’re based in Deptford and are 10 mins away from Deptford Bridge (DLR) and 8 mins away from New Cross (overground). Super close to Deptford high street and a 20 min walk from Greenwich too!

It’s £980 per month (bills included and a weekly cleaner). The room is furnished (double bed with under bed storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fold out desk and shelves). All the rooms come with a ceiling fan which has defo been good for heatwaves and this is the only room in the house that comes with a tv too!

The rest of the house:
-Kitchen with plenty of storage and everything you could possibly need
-Decent sized lounge
-2 bathrooms
-Huuuuuuge garden which we’ve planted lots of stuff in 🪴🫛🌱🪻

You’ll be living with 4 of us in the house (1 guy, 3 girls aged 24-30) so we’re looking for ideally a guy around that age range for balance, preferably mid-late 20s/early-mid 30s. There is also a very cute cat called Autumn who spends most of her time in the garden atm 🐈‍⬛ We all work full time, so no students pls (sorry)! The vibe in the house is v chill and relaxed - I’ve been here over a year and everyone is super lovely and easy to live with/zero drama and we wanna maintain that.
