July Sublet but ready to move in 7th July

We are two professional girls living in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath flat and need to find a temporary subletter for the month of July starting on the 7th of July as our housemate has a family emergency to tend to. You can move in between the 7-10th of July if needed and move out is strictly the 31st of July.

We’re both very chill and enjoy eating out or in but also value alone time. The house is mostly quiet, but we love a good dinner party once and a while.

The room is very spacious and fully furnished with a full closet, bed and nightstand. There's also a full bath closest to the room that sort of acts like an ensuite since the other flatmate and I only use the shower room.

The house is very airy and gets lots of light due to the floor-to-ceiling windows. There's also a balcony outside of the living room that's great for eating meals and wfh in the sun.

It’s such a lovely area as well and our neighbours are very kind.
