Hi! I’m looking for someone to takeover my room in a lovely house in Deptford as me and my partner are moving in together!
Official move in date would be mid September but the room could potentially be free from 1st August and I can be flexible and am happy to sublet until referencing is approved.
The room: is nice and big, furnished with a bed, bedside table, a gorgeous vintage wardrobe and whimsical fireplace. Sash windows means lots of airflow, perfect for this crazy weather!
I bought a desk and shelves which I’m willing to leave with the room for the same price I got them for. Desk is small but does the job, could potentially work from home. Lots of floor space, perfect for doing some yoga or just hanging out!
The house: a gorgeous terraced house right by Surrey Quays (7 mins) and Canada Water (17 mins) just off Deptford park and close to Southwark park which is great for <10km runs!
Within walking distance of Surrey Quays, Canada Water, Deptford, New Cross, Nunhead and even Peckham! Only a short bus ride to Lewisham central.
There is a living room / dining room with a massive TV, a bathroom with a bath / shower, 5 bedrooms and a lovely sunny kitchen overlooking the garden which has two patios and perfect for summer BBQs / soirées!
The housemates: you’ll be living with Rosa, Toby, Ethan and Roya aged 25-28 working in hospo / footy! It is a very friendly and sociable house which is lovely to come home to. We like to watch tv / films together, go to the pub and watch the footy, and the occasional night out when there is time! We also like to do our own thing and have different hobbies and interests.
Bills are not included and come to around £90 per month.
Viewings in person or over FaceTime are more than welcome if you can message with a time you are available (Monday-Friday after 7pm or anytime over the weekend.
