Big Room in Deptford close to High Street/NewCross

Hi I'm looking for a flatmate to replace the current one that is leaving early August.

£800 per month + wifi and council tax (around £85 each)

The rest of the bills are included (water, gas, electricity)

Ideally someone interested in art/music, that doesn't mind a chat every now and then and can be reasonably clean/tidy.

The room is pretty big, has quite a lot of windows so it's quite bright. It has a private balcony and there's also a grand piano that is playable but could do with some tuning.

Shared kitchen is a bit small but we did host a few cozy Christmas dinners and somehow we fit.

There's a separate toilet and bathroom, a small shared studio/ living room space with a spare bed for guests and a TV.

It will be shared with me, 35 male, freelance electronic engineer and musician.

Queer friendly.

If you're a couple or if you have a pet or anything else it can be discussed with the landlord so I'm keeping it open.

Length of stay can be flexible, however the landlord is planning to renovate at some point. He's guaranteeing 6 months but it likely will be for a year or longer.
