I'm looking for a friendly, chilled, tidy flatmate to rent the second bedroom in my spacious furnished flat in SE8.

A little about me: I work full-time and work from home 2–3 days a week. I go out fairly regularly, but I also really value my downtime and enjoy coming home to a calm, quiet, clean, relaxed space. I'm sociable and happy to have a chat over a cup of tea or while cooking dinner, but love my independence and personal space.

The room is generously sized at 3.95mx2.86m and comes fully furnished with:
* Double bed
* Desk and chair (option to remove these)
* Built-in cupboards
* Plenty of shelving and storage space

The flat has a large, bright living room and a spacious kitchen, giving us both plenty of room, and a clean recently refurbished bathroom. I also share the flat with my very chatty, affectionate indoor cat, so it's important that you're comfortable living with cats!

The location is fantastic, with excellent transport links:
* 6-minute walk to St Johns Station
* 7-minute walk to Deptford Bridge DLR
* 7-minute walk to Elverson Road DLR
* 16-minute walk to New Cross Station

I'm looking for a someone who is tidy, considerate and easy-going. I'd love to live with someone who enjoys the occasional chat and is happy to be friendly, while also respecting each other's space and independence.

Bills are not included, these come to c. £145-£160 each month.

The room is available immediately. Initially, the tenancy will be offered on a 2/3-month contract as a trial period. If it's a good fit the contract will be extended.
