Room Available in Gorgeous New-Build Apartment

Sadly, my best friend and current flatmate is moving on, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in our gorgeous new-build apartment! 🥂

The apartment is a lovely, modern open-plan space, and the room comes with its own private bathroom and a fitted wardrobe. There’s also a great co-living area in the building where you can work or relax.

The rest of the flat is already furnished with my furniture, so you’d only really need to bring a bed and your personal belongings. My current flatmate will be taking her furniture with her.

A little about me — I’m outgoing, love travelling, and enjoy having a good balance between work and social life. I’m a therapist and also work for the NHS, so while I’m definitely busy with work, I love coming home and switching off with a glass of wine, heading to the pub, going out for dinner or having a chilled evening at home.

I’m looking for someone who I can get on with and actually enjoy living with, rather than just someone who happens to share the flat. It would be lovely to have someone who’s up for the occasional glass of wine, pub trip, dinner or spontaneous plan, while also respecting each other’s space and routines.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, clean and considerate and who wants to make the flat feel like a home.
