Double Room in Crossfields Estate – Deptford

I’m looking for a housemate to share my beloved 2-bed flat with me and my cat in the beautiful Crossfields Estate, Deptford.

The room is a decent 3.85m x 2.87m and can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on what suits you.

The flat has south-facing windows and a balcony, so it gets loads of natural light throughout the day. There’s a separate bathroom and toilet and open plan kitchen/living space, as well as additional storage space. I am on the third floor with no lift, so you do get fit carrying the shopping up!

In our estate we have access to the communal garden, including a communal gardening project with plots available if you fancy growing your own vegetables 🌱 There is also a bike shed for £30 a year and parking permits available.

A little about me: I’m 32 and work for the NHS as a Speech and Language Therapist. This means I’m out of the house 5 days a week and rarely work from home. I like going out and socialising, the pub, mooching around deptford market and watching my fair share of telly.

I have a cat, Miri, so being a cat lover is a must 🐈

I’d love to live with someone I get on with and who would be up for the occasional TV night, cooking together or trip to the pub. I’d particularly love to hear from another single gal in her 30s, although the most important thing is finding someone who feels like a good fit.
