Nice double room located in Deptford, Evelyn Street and conveniently to good transport links and local amenities. one person £110 per week and 2 people £130.

We are 10 minute by bus from Canada Water and cutty sark station with direct trains to London Bridge, Victoria and Whitechapel/Shoreditch every few minutes and very well served by buses too. Macmillan college and greenwich university 5 and 10 min way from the house. There is also free parking.

Tesco and Sainsbury's express and a host of pubs / bars are also a five minute walk away.

All bills are included in the rent.
