SHORT TERM - Lovely room in Deptford (Zone 2)

Hi there,
I have a double room to rent for a minimum period of 1 month. Sharing with live-in landlord Jashan and one other tenant Rosie.

The room is a good sized double with plenty of storage from a large wardrobe. The house is quiet and friendly, suitable for someone who has their own interests and things going on, but wants to feel at home, share conversation and perhaps a cup of tea or a beer.

The house is in a fantastic location between Deptford and New Cross, five minutes walk to both stations (zone 2). One stop to London Bridge, two stops to Canon Street. New Cross station is also on the London Overground east London line and Deptford is on Thameslink which runs through central London. We are also close to Greenwich. Deptford is a really vibrant area with lots of nice bars and cafes.

We have a lovely big kitchen, a bright living room and a newly fitted bathroom. We also have a good sized garden that catches the sun all afternoon.

We're hoping to live with a friendly, happy and considerate person. Someone who is easy going and enjoys life :)
