Large, part-furnished room in quiet household with cat.

Preference is for queer friendly, cat friendly, female professionals or students (25-40) who are tidy and respectful of personal space.

ROOM 1 - available part-furnished with double bed, wall mounted shelving, clothes rail, bedside table and mirror.
Available to rent from 2nd September 2024.

ROOM 2 - occupied from end of July - female. 24, mature student, studies from home, works part time.

LIVE IN LANDLORD - female, 40, freelance arts & events professional, working varying hours from home and in several venues, often away for touring and festival work.

Work is busy and sociable, at home I am much more self contained and introverted and value quiet time and headspace.

I've been letting rooms to lodgers since 2012 through Spare Room and some University Accommodation Offices.

CAT - indoor cat, rescue, black & white female, approx 13yrs old.
Shy but affectionate, sleeps a lot (on landlord's bed) and sheds hair everywhere (mostly on landlord's bed).
Has never lived with other animals and is too much of a fussy old lady to get used to another pet in the house.
