I'm Rob and I'm looking for someone to move in with me.
My house-mate is leaving for pastures new and I will soon be in possession of a house-mate sized hole that will need filling!
I'm looking for someone that is all for having fun, going to the pub on lazy Sundays or just chilling out watching films. Basically I would want someone that likes to socialize and not sit in their room 24/7!
The flat is on the top floor of a 4 floor block housing two flats per floor.
With the DLR so close by you can be in Greenwich within 5 minutes which is a nice touch. Deptford has a lot to offer for everyone, there are two Tesco nearby as well as the Deptford market which offer a vibrant range of stalls and goods.
There is also a newly built community centre/gym which offer multiple services.
The room is a spacious and light double in a 2 bed flat, comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Two big sash windows let in a lot of light and a lovely breeze in the summer.
The flat has 3 travel links nearby, the DLR will get you to bank in about 25 mins or there are two walking distance National Rail stations that get you to Charing Cross in about the same time. They also go in the other direction to London if you are that way inclined.
