I have a double room available in a spacious 2-bed flat in Deptford. The flat is 5 minutes walk from Deptford Bridge DLR and Deptford train station, 10 minutes from New Cross overground & 20 mins from New Cross Gate.

Located one street from Deptford High Street and a short 10 minute walk to Greenwich town centre.

The flat is really lovely and spacious, I'm only moving as I need to move to another area. It's completely furnished - the lounge has a dining table, sofa, arm chair & shelves. The available room has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The neighbours are friendly and I've never had any issues living there for just over 2 years.

My flatmate is a close friend who is friendly, clean and tidy. We both work in the film industry and anyone interested in film would fit in well.

There's a £200 deposit to pay and £50 for TV licence and other transferable bills to be paid upfront. Monthly bills come to about £100 on top of rent. Currently water is paid every 3 months as is gas & electric. Council tax is £76 between the two of us.

We're in direct contact with the landlord who is really helpful - so no agency fees.
