DePtFoRd DoUbLe - Furnished & inc. cleaner

Large furnished double room in a 3 bed maisonette flat! (that means it's over two floors - I had no idea what 'maisonette' meant until I bought the place).

Excellent location - 4 mins walk to Deptford station & then it's a 7 min direct train to London Bridge / 10 min to Cannon Street. You've also got New Cross Overground (24 hours at the weekend) just 10 mins away with New Cross Gate just another 8 mins further (all time's are CityMapper approved).

Back to the place itself; the 1st floor has:
- a large kitchen with all the mod-con's (washing machine, dishwasher, giant American fridge-freezer & even little table with a chair)
- lounge / diner with a massive leather sofa & table to easily get six around for dinner (we also get free Sky TV as Dan works for them / Netflix also included)
- south facing balcony for summertime lounging
- WC so you don't have to trek all the way upstairs

Whilst the 2nd floor is:
- 3 bedrooms (including your gem)
- bathroom with a big ol walk in shower

It's in a low rise group of flats & there's a key fob to gain entry to the stairwell. Also once in you'll have access to a 'lock up' where you can super securely stash your bike if you have one. We also have a lovely cleaner call Lena who comes by every fortnight, so no need to worry about a cleaning rota.

Deptford as an area it pretty boss with half a dozen decent pubs/bars within a five min walk along with a load of great places to eat and the weekend market to boot.

I'm moving out of the flat & in with my girlfriend; so you'll be left in the capable hands of my good friends Dan & Sean. Dan's working from home ("WFH") for the foreseeable while Sean splits his time between London & Barcelona, working from the office when he's UK based. So if you're WFH also it won't feel too crowded on the day to day.

Vibe wise it's the usually SpareRoom brief of it would be nice to cook/Netflix/go for a pint or two in the week (as soon as 12 April rolls around); but nothing large. Then at the weekend things may be a bit more louche.
