Double Room in 2 bed flat on Deptford High Street!

I have a Double room available in a 2 bedroom flat on Deptford High Street from 2nd Dec (date is flexible potentially can do up to Jan 6th) for min 12 month let. Room comes unfurnished, potentially with bedframe but no other furniture. With the current layout of the room it’s hard to see the exact space and potential of the room so definitely see it in person if interested 😊

The flat is right on the High Street. Less than 5 mins to Deptford station, less than 10 mins to both New Cross and Deptford Bridge DLR. Great shops on high street inc Asda, Iceland and Tesco’s. Also near loads of great bars, pubs and places to eat!

Due to my job I am not always in the flat so someone who is comfortable in their own company every now and then would be ideal for this room. As the flat is quite cosy I would only be looking for another girl to take the room - Females only sorry! Bills come at around £110 a month. So total for the rent and bills comes at £735.

Please note living room will look slightly different as there will be different furniture - living room will still be furnished, but if you’re interested definitely feel free to help decorate the living room as you wish!
