Hi we have a recently refurbished room above the Deptford Arms - now a Paddy Powers, at £650 a month.

We really have an excellent location on Deptford High St. with easy walking distance to 3 stations and numerous day and night bus routes.

The current housemates are a mix of chefs, students and builders. We are an 8 bed over two floors but currently only have 3 rooms occupied whilst we are renovating. We are happy to offer a monthly basis because of this.

Your room includes a double bed, a substantial solid oak dresser and unique bow fronted wardrobe. Its bright and airy with two large windows both fitted with black out curtains. We have had a luxury vinyl tile fitted - its a great room.

All bills are included and we have a cleaner for all the communal areas twice a week, with a fast fiber broadband line.

The whole building is currently being renovated, the new kitchen has been fitted and will be open plan onto a large living room.

We are currently working on the living room as well as finishing a large roof terrace which is already decked out with seating. Ill include more photos when I get chance.

We've just fitted a new Mira power shower in what would be your bathroom. The 1st of the 3 bathrooms is finished and we will have started on the 2nd.

We are really looking for professional tenants but will consider students. We will require a monthly standing order set up for rent, and will require a 5 week deposit which will be held in a Rental Deposit Scheme. However I am happy to use the Zero Deposit scheme where you purchase an no deposit insurance if you prefer - which I believe to be around £150.00
