Double room - Deptford High Street

Hi! We are Mal and Haris and we have a spare room, ideal for a short term if you are visiting, in between houses or moving to London. The term is flexible, but latest stay could be till end of August.

The Space:
A furnished double room with a super comfy king-size bed, in a lovely modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat.
Suitable for a single person.

The property is fully furnished and has gas central heating, double-glazed windows, kitchen - living room, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The flat is cosy, and there is a balcony as well, overlooking the high srteet.

Location:
Opposite Deptford Train Station - with excellent connections.
Across Deptford Market Yard and on the bustling High Street, close to shops and amenities, bars, and restaurants.

Transport:
1 min walk to Deptford Station - Thameslink/Southeastern (just 1 stop to/from London Bridge - 7 min)
10 min walk to Deptford Bridge DLR station
10 min walk to Overground going to Hackney.
1 min cycle to Cycle Superhighway 3
(20 min cycle to London Bridge, 8 min to Greenwich Park)

About us:
We are a professional couple (mostly 9-5s), who mostly spend evenings at home, preparing dinner and relaxing. When the weather is good we might be out cycling around London. We keep the flat clean and tidy.
We would expect the tenant to keep the space clean as well and prefer someone who is respectable, discreet, not loud, and who is easy to get along with.
We're happy to let you be or socialise if you'd like. We would not mind finding another Catan or Ticket to Ride player. :)

We have a friendly cat around the house.

We are easy to live with and keen to find someone easygoing, and like-minded to share our home with for a little while.
