We are offering a huge en-suite double room with an ensuite bathroom in our beautiful flat on the 10th floor. The apartment features:

A huge living room with a comfortable couch and a dining table with chairs
An expansive terrace with stunning views
2 lovely flatmates

A bit about us: We’re two friendly and sociable girls who both work full-time. We’re tidy, respectful, and enjoy a clean and organized home. We’re looking for a like-minded person to join us in our cozy space. It's essential that you’re queer-friendly, as we value an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Location: DLR (Deptford bridge) 3 min walking, Overground 10 min walking, train station 10 min walking, several buses.
walking distance: ASDA, TESCO, CO-OP, + various off licence
University of Greenwich, Goldsmith 10 min away by bus/30 min walking

You’ll be included in the contract, ensuring everything is official and clear. Rent is required 6 months in advance, and bills are not included (around 100 per month).
