Double Bedroom, Queer House, Deptford Highstreet

We are three friends looking for a fourth person to move into our flat just off deptford highstreet (the three people on the left hand side in the pub picture, lol!) We are all young creatives interested in making theatre, art and music. We are all Queer and would be most comfortable with a non-binary or afab flatmate. We are sociable people who like to chat and spend time with each other, but also all work full time jobs so respect each others need for alone time too. Despite not having a living room we still hang out together at home in the kitchen, on our balcony or in each others rooms. The rent is £725 with around £40 worth of bills a month, plus a deposit of £850.96 (it wouldn’t let me put this on the listing for some reason). We are quite desperate to fill this room as it has been empty for a month so we would like to get someone signed onto the tenancy asap. You will have to have a UK based guarantor that earns at least £25k a year, or earn over that amount yourself! We are super friendly people and are eager to have people over to see the place if they are interested! We are council tax band B, so that is also an additional payment each month.
