2 other 24 year old girls living in the flat, we love to cook and spend time chilling in the flat. We are looking for someone of similar age who is friendly, clean, sociable and most importantly down for a cheeky pint every now and again.
Deptford station is a 2 min walk away (37 seconds if you run), which has fab connections, you can get to London Bridge in 7 mins. Can walk to Greenwich park or go the other direction to Peckham. Cool area with good pubs and places to eat. Deptford car boot and market on Saturdays and Sundays always have some gems. Big Asda at the end of the road, Sainsbury’s local and Iceland 1 min away.
End of the tenancy is 4th December, and we will be renewing the tenancy again for another year so looking for a flat mate that would like to do that with us. The rent is £920 pm, bills are £155 pm.
When we renew the tenancy you will need to provide references and sign a 12 month contract with the landlord if you would like to carry on past 05/12/24).
