Double Room in Deptford

Hey,
I have a doulbe room available in a two-bed flat in Frankham House, just off Deptford High Street. The room is spacious, with good natural lighting, and comes furnished.
The price is 900 per month plus bills, which come out to around 75 per month.
The flat has a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room. It would be mint if you could bring a telly though!
You would be sharing with me, Saul! I am a 20 year old student, studying Film at the London College of Communication. I am a socialable, friendly and respectful housemate; very happy to go out for a walk or a drink, but also can enjoy my own company.
In my free time I spend lots of time socialising, watching films and reading.
I am looking for someone who wants to put effort into creating a friendly atmosphere in the house!
I dont currently pay any council tax, as I am a student, but the property is council tax band B. That being said, if a student were to move in then we would continue to not have to pay council tax!
