We have a massive double with a desk at the newly renovated pub, The Deptford Arms.

The room is £1100 pcm, which is inclusive of all bills.

Martyn is a lecturer at Goldsmiths. Lal and Zoe are currently studying for their Masters. Sami is an orthopaedic nurse; Trent works in finance; Oscar is a freelance music journalist; and Marc works in recruitment.

The room has ample floor space and comes fully furnished.

We have a high-speed fibre connection over a recently installed mesh network, so the wifi is highly reliable.

The cleaner covers all of the communal areas weekly.

We have plenty of shared space, including a spacious, panelled living room, which is a fantastic place to relax.

This leads onto a sizeable decked terrace and back to the kitchen. We have three shower rooms, all recently renovated—one of which you will share with one other tenant. We also have both a washer and a dryer.

We are situated centrally on Deptford High Street, with easy access to several stations, including the DLR, Overground, National Rail, and 24-hour bus routes.
