Looking for a fun, friendly roommate to move into my great two bedroom flat in up-and-coming Deptford, just by Greenwich (Zone 2 - one stop from London Bridge).

The room available is a standard double (with a large built-in wardrobe) and you will have sole use of the larger main bathroom.

The flat is in a great location. It's perfect for anybody working near Canary Wharf; Charing Cross; Waterloo or London Bridge:

-2mins to Greenwich town centre by bus (access to DLR via Cutty Sark);

-5 mins walk to Deptford High Street station (access to Southeastern rail - one stop to London Bridge for Jubilee and Northern)

-5 mins to Surrey Quays/Canada Water by bus (access to Overground/Jubilee).

I work near St. Pauls and it takes no time at all to get to work in the mornings.

Rent for the room is £600 per month. Bills are an additional £155 per month (Electric, Water, TV License, Sky & Internet, Council Tax). So £755 per month, in total

The flat is rented privately and the landlady is fantastic; she provides a weekly cleaner included in the rent. A security deposit of one and a half months rent is required
