I am seeking a friendly individual to take over my tenancy in a charming three-bedroom flat located in East London, postal code E3 3RG. It's a cosy, single room in a spacious flat that offered me a well-rounded living experience for whilst I studied at King's College!

The location is incredibly convenient, within short walking distance to a DLR station (5 mins), Mile End tube station, and even a cycle hire spot right outside our apartment that I used daily for my commute. With Mile End and Canary Wharf in close proximity, the flat is ideally placed for ease of access to work, study and travel.

The flat has a large, comfortable living room where you can unwind, socialise, and enjoy quality time with the three friendly student flatmates who have varied interests in climbing, reading, cooking, and music.

The apartment also opens up to a large communal garden, with lots of small and larger parks within 5 mins walk from the apartment
