The flat is available on the 25th Jan 2025 (flexible) with everything furnished. I also provide spare bedding and towels for your ease. I am flexible with the letting terms. For the rate, it is shown per month. It will be pro-rated if you choose to stay for less or more. The minimum duration is 6 months and the maximum could be discussed, depending on the situation. (4 months could be considered with 2-month break clause in the contract)

Please note: I currently have some personal belongings in the flat but I have plenty of space in the wardrobe, storage, and fridge for the tenant.
